We started Brewer & Wilson to provide high quality, aggressive representation for people charged with crimes. During our many years of experience, both as prosecutors and as criminal defense attorneys in private practice, we have seen good examples of what an attorney

should be. That experience helps us to serve you. At Brewer & Wilson, we will never reject a case based on what a person is accused of

doing. Also, we will never abandon a client because they want to have their day in court. Our job is to represent you as best we can, not to talk you into a plea deal if you want your day in court. Often, clients fear that their defense attorney will “sell them out,” to gain favor with the State

and get a better deal on another client’s case in the future. They may also be concerned their attorney won’t have the courage or the skill to stand up to the many bullies in our criminal justice system. These things will not happen at Brewer & Wilson.
